Boekels Convection Ovens come in three chamber volume sizes; including 0.6 cu. ft. (.017 cu. m.), 1.6 cu. ft. (.045 cu. m.) and 2.7 cu. ft. (0.76 cu. m.). All Boekel Oven models are designed to operate at a minimum temperature of 100C and a maximum temperature of 215C. The oven is equipped with an over-temp safety cutoff. If the chamber temperature exceeds approximately 290C the safety cutoff will activate, shutting off the heater.
