The SEN0395 is a professional 24GHz radar capable of detecting both stillness and motion, delivering reliable performance in challenging environments such as smart restrooms, offices, smart homes, and wearable devices.

What is mmWave Radar?

mmWave radar, like that used in the SEN0395, transmits electromagnetic waves in the 24GHz to 300GHz range, allowing it to detect the position, motion, and presence of objectsincluding humansby analyzing signal reflections. Unlike PIR or ultrasonic sensors, mmWave sensors, such as the SEN0395, offer greater accuracy. This human presence detection sensor provides penetration through barriers and resistance to interference from ambient light, temperature, or dust, making it an ideal occupancy sensor for automation.
